About the CONSORTIUM

Mdina International will be the main coordinator of the courses. We will tailor-make the training programmes to suit the requirements of the companies and if needed, deliver team-building programmes together with JUGS Malta that complement the training subject. BLM will be responsible for the delivery of all accredited courses.

Mdina International specialises in Leadership and Management, Sales Development, HR Services and Process Optimisation. With a growing team of consultants, business trainers and coaches who have experience in various industries, Mdina International is instrumental in enabling companies and organisations to enhance their effectiveness.

As one of Malta’s leading creative team building and event organising companies with a track record of collaboration with both local and international companies, Jugs offer a whole array of services from brand launches, conferences, shows and theme nights to team building events and entertainment. Jugs can also provide any audiovisual equipment required as well as the technical support to go with it!
 

Academy of Business Leaders was launched in 2013 and more than 600 individuals have successfully completed accredited courses since its inception. The Academy provides opportunities for professionals to increase their awareness of industry issues, learns the skills necessary to handle today’s changes and discover their potential.

The Academy is licensed as a Further/Higher Education Institution with the NCFHE in Malta and is an accredited centre of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM),  the City & Guilds of London Institute, the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Dublin City University (DCU), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). They currently offer accredited courses in Leadership and Management, Coaching, Marketing, Human Resources, Employment Law and Finance.

Karl Grech will also be collaborating in this consortium. Karl has over 25 years of work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, including over 10 years, facilitating training in Malta and overseas (UK, Denmark, and Sweden) for team members at all levels from operational through to Heads of Departments and Senior Managers. Karl helps his clients enhance leadership & interpersonal skills and grow their confidence by supporting them through coaching and training.
 
He is a certified coach, member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), trained in PRISM brain-mapping tools as well as the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology.
